When you use Our App to provide features on Our App, We may also collect with your prior consent:

  • Images and other information from your Device's camera.

We use this information to provide features on Our Service and to improve and customize Our Service. The information may be uploaded to Company’s and/or Service Provider's servers or may simply be stored on your Device.

You can enable or disable access to this information at any time in your device settings.

Business transactions

Children's privacy

Our Service is not intended for persons under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you are a parent or guardian and know or become aware that your child has provided personal data to us, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 16 without verifying parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

When registering with Our Service, you confirm that you are 16 years of age or older or that you have the consent of your parent/legal representative.

If we need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing your information, and your country requires parental consent, we may require your parent's consent before collecting and using that information.

On the basis of and subject only to the consent of legal representatives, in the case of a person under the age of 16, Blessbe shall process personal data in order to:

  • save data in Cookies and collect data from the Blessbe mobile app related to user profiling;

  • maintain and improve the Blessbe mobile app, including automatically collecting data during user visits, such as IP address, domain name, browser type, operating system type of the Device;

  • send notifications (so-called push push) - short messages shown to the user of the Blessbemobile app in notifications on the Device for which the user has previously given consent.

Otherwise, when a person under the age of 16 registers with the Service, who at the same time understands that this action violates this Privacy Policy, we are not responsible for the actions of such person, or the actions of third parties in relation to such person, and you release us, our directors, officers, employees and agents from any claims you may have against any third party and claims for damages, whether known or unknown, in any way related to or arising out of any such claim.

 

Google Analytics

The following web analytics service shall be used to improve interaction with users of our Services:

We use Google Analytics, a marketing analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”) Service. Google Analytics uses codes consisting of text and numbers that will be stored on your computer to analyse the use of the Service (“Cookies”). The information generated by a Cookie about your use of the Service (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google server. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the Service, for reporting on your activities on the Service to the operators of the Service, and for providing additional services associated with your use of the Service and use of the Internet. Google may transfer this information to third parties where it is legally required to do so, or where third parties process the information on Google’s behalf.

You may delete or deactivate such Cookies using your Device settings, in which case you may not be able to fully use all of the features of this Service. By using this Service, you consent to the processing of your personal data by Google to the extent and for the purposes set forth above. Facebook plugin

Our Service uses social plugins (“Plugins”) from facebook.com, operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, California 94304, USA (“Facebook”). You can view a list of Facebook social plugins and see what they look like here: https://developers.facebook.com/search/?q=plugins&notfound=1.  

If you click on the Facebook icon in our Service, you will be taken to a site that contains this type of plugin, your browser will establish a direct connection to Facebook servers. Facebook directly transmits the content of the Plugin to your browser, which embeds it in the Service. We have no influence on the amount of data that Facebook collects using this Plug-in, which means that We are not responsible for the processing and storage of the information that you use in Facebook using this Plug-in.

Implementing the Plugin informs Facebook that you have logged into our Service. If you are logged into Facebook, Facebook may assign a visit to your Facebook account. If you interact with Plugins, such as clicking the “Sign up via Facebook” button, the relevant information shall be transmitted from your browser directly to Facebook, where it is stored. If you are not a member of Facebook, Facebook can determine and store your IP address. If you are a Facebook member and you want Facebook not to collect data about you through our Service and not to link this data with your member data stored in Facebook, you can sign up via Facebook but not log in to Facebook before visiting our App.

You will be able to connect our Service to Facebook by using the “Sign up via Facebook” button in our App. If you do so, your email address and your Facebook user ID will be transmitted and stored by Blessbe. Facebook Privacy Rules apply to the use of the “Sign Up via Facebook" button. If you do not want your data to be shared in the above manner, please do not use the “Sign Up via Facebook” button.

Using Cookies

A Cookie is a small file that asks permission to be placed on your Device. Once you agree, the file shall be added and the Cookie helps analyse web traffic or tells you when you visit a particular site. Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual. A web application can tailor its operations to your needs, likes and dislikes by collecting and remembering information about your preferences.

We use traffic log Cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps us analyse data about web page traffic and improve our App in order to tailor it to customer needs. We only use this information for statistical analysis purposes, after which the data is deleted from the system.

  • To provide you with news, special offers and general information about other products, services and events that we offer and are similar to those you have already purchased or inquired about, unless you choose not to receive such information.

Legal basis for processing personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), Blessbe`s legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described in this Privacy Policy depends on the Personal Data we collect and the specific context in which we collect it.

Blessbe may process your Personal Data because:

  • We need to fulfil a contract with you

  • You have given us permission to do so

  • The processing is in our legitimate interests and does not violate your rights

  • For payment processing purposes.

  • We need to comply with the law
